4058WG395 Worm Gear Motor

1. Self locking on power off: the inherent mechanical self locking of the worm gear drive locks the load in place the moment the motor stops, with no extra brake needed (the drawing confirms no brake required), making lifting tables, gate openers, and conveyors safer.
2. High torque for heavy duty use: reduction ratios from 27:1 to 710:1, with 3 to 4 gear stages, deliver load torque up to 3.0 N·m (about 30.6 kgf·cm), packing big power into a small body.
3. Low power consumption with dual voltage: no load current as low as 48 mA (24V) and on load current only 200 mA; available in 12V and 24V, saving energy and fitting various power systems.
4. Precision materials for long life: zinc alloy housing, sintered steel worm gear, and ball bearings, with max shaft pressure ≤15 kgf and backlash ≤2°, offering high precision, wear resistance, and long service life.
5. Optional encoder: 5V 12PPR dual channel encoder available for accurate speed and position feedback, suitable for closed loop control and automation.
